BREATH + MOVEMENT:
This program is a one stop approach to mind-body- spirit conditioning.
You'll start your day energized with Sun Salutations (Suryanamaskar A and B), followed by a series of standing poses, including balance challenges, each held for five breath cycles. After that, you'll dive into a range of floor poses featuring intense twists and stretches, as well as backbends and inversions, all designed to keep you at the top of your game.

- Weekly LIVESTREAM Ashtanga Yoga Class Most Saturdays 9am EST for all levels * * Note: two private/small group sessions are included with membership and will be scheduled after trial ends to develop a practice plan and provide basic training and modifications for beginners.
