In years past, mind training practices like mindfulness were seen as having a low perceived work-life performance benefit.
Today, thousands of studies later, science proves mindfulness is a powerful tool to become a better citizen, leader, and business owner. In fact, meditation expert and scientist, Jon Kabat-Zinn, calls mindfulness a superpower.
Recently, I was delighted to come across McKinsey & Company’s 56 Foundational Future of Work skills.
Mindfulness training can develop and enhance a large number of these 56 skills.
